INTRODUCTION: The story of Mashaweer
Mashaweer started as an idea in Alexandria with 3 motorcycles and an investment of 30K EGP. �We built our own system through blackberry handhelds managing the orders. It took a while to be able to cover the whole city of Alexandria growing to a number of 30 motorcycles and 5 cars. We had always planned to expand business to Cairo but we wanted to make sure that we were established and strong enough to operate in such a huge scale. We recruited professionals from the field to help us build the prototype and manage the soon to discover very complicated operations plan. We started with a pretty simple call center that we built and recruited in-house which is currently being expanded in Cairo with a professional call center planned to be rented and outsourced by others as well.
The shares in Mashaweer started to grow, we needed to invest higher in our system so we bought PDAs for our representatives. We have been planning for our launch in Cairo, discovering an obvious need of having branches all over the city to be able to cover the orders efficiently with at least 130 motorcycles plus 15 cars and also a speed boat. Mashaweer plans to expand to cover the whole country and then internationally through bikes, cars, boats, and planes. We also have corporate objectives of dealing with organizations as their exclusive courier. Mashaweer has one main Corporate Social Responsibility which is to decrease the traffic crisis in Egypt, we want to produce documentaries and projects to educate people of this crisis. Maybe even collaborating with a governmental entity to provide good quality public transportation through the Nile River.
We also plan to establish an education institution or school to train representatives in the field of courier, delivery or transportation as well as customer service. We already take responsibility for training our own staff; we want to provide this experience for the public as well. One of the services that we are working on mastering is the public and legal services such as driver�s licenses and so on.�

The applications described in this case are: PDA, centralized application and SCADA. The business functions that the case supports: Manufacturing and production, finance and accounting and human resources.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
A process by which a company (often a manufacturer) manages and integrates the important parts of its business. An ERP management information system integrates areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, etc.

Application Programmers� Interface (API)
The Application Programmers� Interface (API) is a set of programming instructions and standards for accessing a web-based software application or web tool. A software company releases its API to the public so that other software developers can design products that are powered by its service.
SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
SCADA is a category of software application program for process control, the gathering of data in real time from remote locations in order to control equipment and condition. SCADA is used in power plants, as well as in oil and gas refining, telecommunications, transportation, and water and waste control.
Major Business Functions:

What are the benefits from equipping their riders with PDAs?
Answer
Through this technology Mashaweer decreases the amount of errors due to the fact that the messenger is tied to an automated process where he receives his tasks through the PDA handheld. And also to manages the following:
1. Tracking the order items progress.
2. Track the collecting of order fees.
3. Messaging the riders.
4. Track the cash and expenses.
5. Synchronizing data periodically and at the beginning of each shift.

The implications:
Mashaweer heavily depends on technological advances that occur every day and depends on the tools so it benefit from the advancements and prices reductions that continuously take place. As a result Mashaweer�s total costs will be decrease, enabling it to decrease its prices and further improve its quality to become even more convenient for a large number of people.

Yes, Mashaweer will be able to accomplish their future strategy and sustain its market for below reasons:
Mashaweer is an online supermarket that will enable people to do their grocery shopping through Mashaweer�s website and get it delivered by its representatives within 30 minutes of placing the order. Mashaweer�s call center is expected to make up an important revenue stream for the company in the near future, as the company starts introducing marketing campaigns. Using the technology they have invested in building their infrastructure, Mashaweer now has the potential to easily enter and penetrate other markets in different regions as a very low initiation cost.

Do you think in near future, the competition between Mashaweer and Wassaly will be aggressive? Why?
Answer
No. the competition between Mashaweer and Wassaly will not be aggressive as Mashaweer is the only company of its kind in Egypt that operates on this scale. However, there is a company called Wassaly that was established in Cairo after Mashaweer�s success in Alexandria.
Wassaly cannot compete with Mashaweer because they have following advantages:

La carta per la qualit� � uno degli strumenti gestionali del Piano Regolatore Generale di Roma Capitale, in vigore dal 2008. Pur non essendo ricompreso tra gli strumenti prescrittivi, indica quegli immobili o quelle aree di citt� che sono sottoposti ad uno speciale regime di tutela, che potremmo chiamare parallelo e per certi versi autonomo rispetto agli altri vincoli che possono trovarsi nella citt�, come i vincoli monumentali, architettonici o paesaggistici.
La carta per la qualit� � uno strumento di validit� esclusivamente comunale: non ha nulla a che fare con i vincoli statali o regionali (quelli monumentali o paesaggistici, appunto), sebbene nello stesso immobile non sia raro che convergano sia vincoli della carta per la qualit� sia vincoli di ordine superiore.
Se un immobile si trova individuato in questo strumento, prima di effettuare determinate opere occorrer� chiedere il parere preventivo alla Sovrintendenza Capitolina, che � un ufficio comunale, e non va confusa assolutamente con la Soprintendenza Statale: in questo post cercher� di sintetizzare quando e come richiedere il nulla osta preventivo alla Capitolina.
La sovrintendenza si esprime entro 60 giorni dalla richiesta, trascorsi i quali si pu� considerare tacitamente accolta, sebbene venga comunque emanato, nel caso, un documento di certificazione di avvenuta maturazione dei termini. Per esperienza, vi consiglio di aspettare una ulteriore settimana dallo scadere dei 60 giorni per iniziare i lavori, perch� lufficio invia i pareri via posta (salvo quelli inviati telematicamente di cui parleremo dopo) e quindi possono esserci dei tempi tecnici di spedizione.
La sovrintendenza si esprime entro 60 giorni dalla richiesta, trascorsi i quali si pu� considerare tacitamente accolta, sebbene venga comunque emanato, nel caso, un documento di certificazione di avvenuta maturazione dei termini. Prima di addentrarmi nel discorso tecnico, � utile, se siete proprio digiuni dellargomento, reindirizzarvi a questo mio post generale sui vincoli a Roma nonch� a questaltro ulteriore post su come leggere il piano regolatore di Roma: in entrambi questi post ho parlato della carta per la qualit� descrivendone le caratteristiche e le modalit� di lettura: vi rimando pertanto a questi ulteriori articoli per non appesantire eccessivamente questo presente.
La carta per la qualit� individua tre tipologie generali di vincolo, raggruppati in altrettante categorie, chiamate banalmente a, b e c, a cui anteporrete il nome delle tavole che distinguono la carta per la qualit�, cio� G1. Dunque avremo G1a, G1b, G1c.
I vincoli individuati nella tipologia G1a sono dei vincoli areali, che riguardano cio� porzioni di citt� o viali e non singoli edifici, chiamati anche "morfologie degli impianti urbani".
I vincoli del tipo G1b invece riguardano principalmente ledificio o al massimo un gruppo ristretto di edifici accomunati da caratteristiche molto similari (per esempio � tipico nelle lottizzazioni delle case popolari degli anni 20 e 30). Generalmente � considerato un vincolo "pi� stringente" al G1a, pi� che altro perch� riguarda edifici di un certo pregio.
il G1c invece riguarda le emergenze archeologiche, le quali per� sono praticamente sempre di competenza della sovrintendenza archeologica nazionale alla quale va indirizzata la richiesta per qualunque intervento che preveda escavazioni (su tutto il territorio comunale).

Per operare negli edifici individuati nelle tavole G1a e G1b occorre chiedere preventivamente un parere alla sovrintendenza capitolina. In questi giorni di prima sperimentazione del SUET abbiamo intanto compreso che le domande alla sovrintendenza capitolina se riguardano interventi che vanno in cila - unica procedura per ora accettata dal sistema telematico - non devono pi� essere oggetto di una richiesta con separato deposito della documentazione alla sovrintendenza, ma � integrato nella CILA che andrete a depositare telematicamente. Se invece dovete operare in SCIA o DIA (o PdC) ancora occorre depositare la richiesta cartacea in piazza Lovatelli. Nella procedura telematica, la sovrintendenza risponder� direttamente al municipio, e voi vedrete la risposta nel sito. Alcuni municipi negli ultimi tempi accoglievano le CILA anche solo con la richiesta depositata e quindi senza attendere il nulla-osta della capitolina; con la nuova procedura telematica per ora questa possibilit� sembra tramontata. In ogni caso, per le opere esclusivamente interne e solo nelle "morfologie degli impianti urbani" pi� di recente � stata emanata una circolare che annulla lobbligo che invece � stato in vigore per molto tempo. In tutti gli altri tessuti e per tutti gli altri tipi di vincolo � sempre obbligatorio il parere preventivo, da acquisire prima dellinizio dei lavori.
La richiesta di parere, come gi� descritto sullo stesso sito dellufficio, deve essere accompagnata da una relazione illustrativa degli interventi - da approfindire tanto pi� � particolare e meritevole il bene oggetto dintervento -, un adeguato bagaglio di immagini (almeno tre o quattro, tra esterni ed interni), e, ovviamente, gli elaborati grafici, che dovranno essere gli stessi che poi si depositeranno al municipio/dipartimento per lautorizzazione urbanistsica.
Possono esserci dei casi particolari abbastanza frequenti che � bene discutere in dettaglio.
Se si � allinterno delle mura aureliane, dove vige il vincolo paesaggistico imposto dal PTPR Lazio - vincolo gestito dalla Sovrintendenza ai beni architettonici per Roma (SBAP Roma) - e si deve operare esclusivamente allinterno in un immobile inserito nei vincoli G1a allora non serve chiedere n� il parere della capitolina, n� il parere della sovrintendenza statale: ci�, che pu� apparire in effetti un paradosso, � dato dal fatto che il Comune di Roma e la SBAP hanno siglato un protocollo dintesa nel quale � sancito che le opere esclusivamente interne devono essere considerate come non rilevanti ai fini della tutela (a meno che ovviamente limmobile non sia specificatamente vincolato): dato che il vincolo regionale � superiore al vincolo comunale, in caso di convinenza prevale appunto il primo e, pertanto, se non serve il primo, non serve neanche il secondo.
Se invece operiamo sempre dentro le mura aureliane ma in G1b, allora il parere della capitolina serve - per opere interne - se il bene non � specificatamente vincolato, mentre per opere esterne il parere va chiesto solo alla SBAP. Per paradosso, se dovete fare opere sia interne che esterne dovrete chiedere il parere sia alla capitolina, sia alla SBAP. Se invece il bene � puntualmente vincolato (� facile che in centro storico i vincoli di G1b e statali convivano) il parere va chiesto solo alla SBAP, per qualunque tipo di opera sia interna che esterna.
Sempre in G1b, in teoria il parere serve anche per semplici opere di manutenzione ordinaria.
Per edifici posti o in G1a o in G1b, per opere esterne sulle facciate di edifici che possono classificarsi di semplice manutenzione ordinaria (rifacimento frontalini, ripresa intonaci ammalorati anche senza modifica del colore, etc, ed ovviamente anche per opere pi� invasive) bisogna sempre chiedere il parere preventivo alla sovrintendenza, anche se urbanisticamente sarebbe sufficiente una CIL. Questo vale anche per interventi effettuati dal singolo cond�mino ma di rilevanza esterna, come per esempio sostituzione di tapparelle, persiane o infissi con altre aventi caratteristiche diverse da quelle originarie o tinteggiatura delle porzioni di facciata in corrispondenza per esempio del proprio balcone. Ovviamente ed a maggior ragione, va chiesto il parere anche per la modifica dei vani finestra, sia in G1a che in G1b anche se le facciate interessate sono interne e non prospicienti il suolo pubblico.
In generale sulla ammissibilit� degli interventi, vengono ritenuti troppo invasivi, e quindi non ammessi, modifiche di prospetto o installazione di elementi di rilevanza esterna (condizionatori, fori di ventilazione, etc) effettuate sui prospetti verso il suolo pubblico o sulle facciate interne di cortili o corti anche se condominiali. Sono invece generalmente ammessi nelle chiostrine interne non classificabili come cortili negli immobili vincolati in G1a linstallazione di condizionatori o fori di ventilazione o aerazione, perch� sono assimilate in un certo senso ai locali tecnici.

G1a e vincolo paesaggistico) per cui, per esempio, se siamo in morfologie degli impianti urbani e contemporaneamente nel vincolo della valle del tevere entrambi i vincoli sono attivi e ciascuno deve seguire il suo iter: questo perch� non risultano esserci altri protocolli dintesa al di fuori di quello stipulato per il vincolo specifico del centro storico.
Se state intervenendo su un immobile oggetto di domanda di condono edilizio non ancora perfezionata (vi ricordo che se le domande di condono non vengono sollecitate, non vengono di fatto lavorate dallufficio: dunque non � affatto raro avere domande in giacenza anche da oltre trentanni), la sovrintendenza capitolina si rifiuter� di concedervi il parere preventivo specialmente se siamo nellambito di tutela pi� specifico (G1a) e in particolare per interventi con rilevanza esterna. In tal caso la sovrintendenza vi invier� un documento che potr� essere utilizzato per il sollecito della definizione della domanda di condono.

This map is another one of "Castle Fight" series, based on Castle Fight ES 1.22b.
The goal of the map is to defeat opposing team. To do this your team should win X rounds (X depends on game mode). You control a builder that can construct race-specific buildings. Some of this buildings periodically produce unit that moves to the enemys Castle (Attacking units are uncontrollable). To win a round your units must overcome the enemy units, reach the Castle and destroy it. Your Castle can be destroyed by the same way - then you lose the round. Hi friends Here is the Straight forward way to convert your windows XP Genuine:
The Steps are:
1. Click on Start and then Run.
2. In the text box in the Run window, type regedit and click OK. This will open the Registry Editor program.
3. Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder under My Computer and click on the (+) sign next the folder name to expand the folder.
4. Continue to expand folders until you reach the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsNTCu rrent VersionWPAEvents registry key.
5. Click on the WPAEvents folder.
6. In the results that appear in the window on the right, locate OOBETimer.
7. Right-click on the OOBETimer entry and choose Modify from the resulting menu.
8. Change at least one digit in the Value data text box and click OK. This will deactivate Windows XP.
Feel free to close Registry Editor at this point.
9. Click on Start and then Run.
10. In the text box in the Run window, type the following command and click OK. You can also copy and paste.
